Prepare to be amazed! Commencing in Cape Town, this guided coach tour will lead you on a journey filled with nature and adventure. Witness the newest edition to the Natural Seven Wonders of the World – Table Mountain, discover the stunning landscapes and scenery of the Garden Route, visit the birth place of Nelson Mandela, and get the adrenalin pumping with safaris and optional activities such as bungee jumping, surfing and diving with sharks. It's time to discover South Africa for yourself!

Day 1: Arrive in Cape Town, South Africa
Arrive in Cape Town, the Mother City! Today you have the choice to join us on an optional tour to the West Coast or just enjoy a free day in the city while everybody gets together for our tour. Maybe visit Kirstenbosch that has just been awarded the National Geographic price for best picnic spot in the world or the blue flag beach of Clifton.

Day 2: Cape Town
We start our "adventour" with a f free day to explore Cape Town with available options including 1. White Shark Diving; 2. Winelands Tour; 3. Cape Peninsula Tour. (Pre-booking through Expat Explore essential.)

Day 3: Cape Town: Bonus Day
A free day to explore and enjoy the spectacular scenery of Cape Town. You have a free pass on the City Sightseeing busses wich routes taking you all over town. You can choose to go up Table Mountain in the Cable Car or visit the World heritage site of Robben Island.

Day 4: Cape Town to Oudtshoorn via Robertson
Route 62 takes us to Oudtshoorn. We leave the awesome sight of Table Mountain and do a wine tasting in Robertson before leaving for the artsy town of Barrydale. On our way to Oudtshoorn we visit an ostrich farm and the evening is yours to choose from various award winning restaurants for the best in cuisine South Africa has to offer.

Day 5: Oudtshoorn to Storms River via Knysna
A great day to experience the beauty and tranquillity of Knysna. Enjoy a relaxing lunch cruise on the Knysna Lagoon to visit the Featherbed Nature Reserve or while away the time in the Knysna waterfront. We have now reached the famous Garden Route, South Africa's famous rain forest region. We stay over in the town of Storms River in the Tsitsikamma National Park.

Day 6: Srorms River
A free day to explore the Wilderness around you. We visit the Storms River Mouth and offer you various options including the Tsitsikamma Canopy tour, hikes through the forest or doing the world's highest bungee jump at Bloukrans. (Pre-booking through Expat Explore essential.)

Day 7: Storms River to Stutterheim
Wake up and smell the fresh Garden Route forset air before we continue North driving through Port Elizabeth and reaching the famous Mountainous region of Amatols. We continue towards Stutterheim to stay in the award winning Manderson Hotel.

Day 8: Stutterheim to Kokstad via Mthatha
Come and meet up with the persona of Nelson Mandela! The Nelson Mandela Museum in Mthatha showcases the gifts Mr Mandela received from people, institutions and governments around the world. We visit Qunu, looking over the rolling fields where Nelson Mandela grew up and herded his family goats. Get a picture of the Mandela homestead while enjoying the richness of the Eastern Cape hospitality in all its glory. Kokstad is situated in the south-western corner of KwaZulu Natal, set between the mighty Drakensberg, Nungi and Ingeli Mountains.

Day 9: Kokstad to Durban
We start the scenic drive between Kokstad and Durban, stopping at the majestic Oribi Gorge, the photographer and nature lover's paradise. We arrive early in Durban, the city of surf, sun and sand. In the afternoon there is some free time to visit the uShaka Marine World.

Day 10: Durban to Hluhluwe
We depart Durban and continues North towards Hluhluwe, stopping at Shakaland for a unique, pulsating Zulu-cultural experience, filled with song and dance (lunch included). We then depart for Hluhluwe, the hub of tourism in KwaZulu Natal.

Day 11: Hluhluwe
We have the opportunity to explore with various options on the table for you to choose from. 1. Do a Big 5-drive in the iMfolozi Game Reserve, home to the largest population of White Rhino. 2. Join us on a boat cruise on the St. Lucia wetlands. (The Big 5 and St Lucia Boat cruise can be combined for a full day experience). 3. Enter a world forgotten in time at the Tembe Elephant Park, home to the largest Tuskers in Africa. 4. Dive in Sodwana. (Pre-booking through Expat Explore essential.)

Day 12: Hluhluwe to Nelspruit via Swaziland
Get your passport ready to indulge yourself in the beauty of Swaziland, the smallest country in Southern Africa! Today's drive takes us on a discovering course through a country filled with bygone African traditions and culture. Visit first-hand the magical art of glassblowing when we make a stop at the Ngwenya Glass factory on our way to Mbombela (Nelspruit).

Day 13: Kruger National park with options
Steeped in history and legend, we await you in the Kruger National Park to join us in exploring its vast landscapes and spectacular wildlife. Today you have various options to explore the park on your own in Open Safari Drive vehicles. Various options are available to explore the park looking for the Big 5. Day 14: Bundu Lodge to Pilgrim's Rest via Kruger Park
Look for a gold nugget in the sunrise, waking up in the midst of a gold rush in the 18th century town of Pilgrims Rest. We drive through the Numbi Gate to enter the Kruger National Park and enjoy a lunch stop in Skukuza. The Kruger National Park offers you the best game viewing options in the best facilities available. Enjoy the game drive through the National Park. Tonight we look for a gold nugget in the sonsak, going to sleep in the midst of a gold rush in the 18th century town of Pilgrims Rest, in the unique Royal Hotel.

Day 15: Pelgrim's Rust to Jahannesburg
Today we do the great Panorama Route. We will look down on the Low Veld from the awe inspiring views at God's Window and stop at the Bourke's Luck Potholes, the bizarre swirl holes developed eons ago by erosion to show us spectacular rock formations frozen in time. We visit the 3rd biggest canyon in the world - The Blyde River Canyon and drive through the historical towns of eMakhazeni (Belfast) and Dullstroom on our way to Johannesburg, the heartbeat of Africa!.

Day 16: Johannesburg Day
We follow in the steps of Nelson Mandela by doing a full Soweto tour, enjoying the cultural diversity offered in this unique city. We visit the Apartheid Museum and meet history in the person of Nelson Mandela as Leader, Comrade, Prisoner and Statesman. In the afternoon we travel back in time to Gold Reef City, going down in the mine, pouring a slab of gold en relaxing in the world class Theme Park.
